ModelSquad is a models' association based in Spain, currently in its pre-launch phase. For any data-related queries, contact us at: [email protected]

2. What data we collect

When you sign up to our waiting list, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date and time of your sign-up

We do not collect any other personal data at this stage.

3. Why we collect it

Your email address is collected solely to notify you when ModelSquad officially launches. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the sign-up form.

4. How we store it

Email addresses are stored securely via Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), a third-party email marketing service. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf and is compliant with GDPR. You can read their privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

5. How long we keep it

We will retain your email address until ModelSquad launches, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Once we launch, we will ask for renewed consent before sending any further communications.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify any inaccurate data
• Erase your data at any time ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es

Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at any time to be removed from our list.
